We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team onsite at our Clearwater, FL location. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and at least six-months general office experience using various basic equipment and is proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office to enter data in a fast paced environment. Work Monday through Friday, day shifts. No Weekends! Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

What You'll Do:
Properly document any customer account interaction on the appropriate account.
Work all accounts within 5 days.
Assist with processing GAP insurance and other insurance correspondence.
Mail insurance related letters to clients and insurance companies.
Open mail direct check proceeds to manager and update insurance notifications to accounts.
Record information about updates and other insurance activities, such as renewals and cancellations, as necessary.
Answer phones: take messages and forward information to assigned Insurance Adjusters.
Bring any account with abnormal circumstances to the manager’s attention immediately.
Take payment on deficiency balance accounts that are being worked.
Updates and notates all accounts in various in-house systems.
Complete proper follow up to ensure all avenues to obtain insurance information are exhausted.
Work professionally with all members of the company.
File all necessary paperwork daily.
Other additional duties may be assigned, based on company’s needs.
What You'll Need:
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task as well as prioritize time sensitive projects.
Ability to navigate in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The ideal candidate must possess strong time management skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task in challenging situations.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide clear oral and written communications is essential.
