What You'll Do:

Verifies vehicles arrive at auctions and receives a condition report.
Sends Certified notices once cars are sold.
Conducts audits daily to schedule pick-up and estimate time of arrival.
Contacts repossessions agents to schedule pick-up and estimate time of arrival.
Follows-up with agents and auctions.
Updates and notates all customer accounts in various in-house systems.
Other duties may be assigned, based on department’s needs.
