What You'll Get:
Weekly pay, Fridays

What You'll Do:
Assigns accounts to repossession agents as needed, gives them all proper documents and follows up to ensure they received information.
Status accounts as they reported repossessed and confirm condition reports are completed
Reviews and approves repossession letters to be sent to the customer daily
Assist with transportation to auction from lots in a timely manner
Verifies vehicles arrive at auctions and receive a condition report.
Communicates with customers as needed to redeem a vehicle, get keys and personal belongings, or other questions customer may have relating to repossession
Prepares daily reports
Contacts impounds/mechanics for costs, condition and retrieval.
Prepares invoices for approval with proper documentation.
Complete any additional tasks assigned by management as needed
