CallPass, a leading provider of GPS Tracking Solutions, is celebrating our 19th Business Anniversary by continuing to grow. A 2020 award winner of the Tampa Bay Business Journals Fast 50 Companies, we are expanding our team again, specifically our Inside Sales Team. As a top-flight sales professional, you will change how companies utilize GPS Software and Telematic solutions for Mobile assets, Vehicle Tracking, Fleet, and IoT. Success in this cross-trained role requires proven experience in solution selling to small and medium-sized businesses. Results driven, quick learner, works with Sales Leadership to understand customer needs, product value propositions, and the ability to close business.
Essential Responsibilities and Qualifications · Generate new sales via Phone and marketing partners · Relentless prospecting and targeted campaigns to identify new customers · Ability to influence decision-makers including Small Business owners, Middle Management and C-Level Executives · Demonstrate Cloud-Based Software platform and GPS hardware · 1-3 years minimum of phone sales selling services or SaaS solutions from Start-up to Mid-Market in a B2B environment. · Experience in selling Software, Industrial/Equipment Sales, or selling to OEM’s. (IoT Sales a plus). · Excellent communication and presentation skills to drive initial engagement, conduct analysis, provide solutions, and close business. · Experience with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM to manage territory and book of business. · Strong business acumen along with the ability to understand specific vertical market needs quickly.
Compensation and Benefits

Our comp plans are competitive and inspire success: · $55,000 Base Salary, Uncapped Monthly Commissions with Tier Increased Recurring Revenue Commissions · 1st Year avg $60k with 2nd and 3rd-year reps averaging $70k-$100k · Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401k (with employer match)
