We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team onsite at our Clearwater, FL location. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and administrative and is proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office to enter data in a fast paced environment. Work Monday through Friday, day shifts. No Weekends! Bilingual (English/Spanish) is desired but not required.

What You'll Do:
Coordinates all aspects to assist in the transport of vehicles from repossession agents to auctions.
Utilizes Recovery Database Network to track new repossessions daily.
Enters new inventory in AutoIMS daily to allow for tracking.
Contacts repossession agents to schedule release. Uploads releases to repossession agents.
Contacts auctions daily to schedule pick-up as well as sending appropriate documents to them.
Deals with any key requests and issues for agents.
Resolves any issues with repossession agents and auctions to ensure transport is handled in a timely manner.
Verifies vehicles arrive at auction.
Updates and notates all accounts in various in-house systems.
File all necessary paperwork daily.
Other additional duties may be assigned, based on company’s needs.
What You'll Need:
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task as well as prioritize time sensitive projects.
Ability to navigate in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The ideal candidate must possess strong time management skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task in challenging situations.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide clear oral and written communications is essential.
