Mid Atlantic Finance is seeking a self-motivated individual for our Clearwater, FL location who provides excellent customer service, demonstrates great organizational skills, and is Bilingual - English/Spanish. This position works closely with our dealers and customers, so professionalism and discretion are essential.

What You'll Do:
Assist Auto Dealers with their requests, providing answers and solutions
Collect funds from dealers on buy-backs
Communicate the status of accounts and portfolios, as well as any issues, to department supervisor and appropriate departments within the company
Overcome objections while remaining professional and in compliance
Document results accurately
What You'll Need:
Good data entry skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office
Great customer service, via inbound and outbound calls
