Mid Atlantic Finance is looking to hire an organized, efficient, full-time Auto Loan Verification Specialist for this entry-level position at our Clearwater, FL headquarters. If you describe yourself as bright, friendly, yet professional, we are looking for you! Someone who works well with co-workers and has strong computer and organizational skills.
We are looking for an individual who is professional, pleasant with an outgoing personality. Be willing to learn new ideas, procedures, and concepts. Work in a fast paced environment with customers and automobile dealers

What You'll Do:
Introduces self and company to each customer.
Schedules and conducts interviews on all potential loan applicants timely.
Consistently communicates with customers and automobile dealers to obtain necessary information.
Verifications.
Assisting with customer service, updating customer files & accounts
Telephone and email inquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems
Additional tasks as needed
What You'll Need:
Excellent customer service skills - cheerful, helpful, etc.
Good time management and strong attention to detail
Organized, ability to multitask and work independently
Resolve problems and resolve difficult situations for customers using all available resources.
Ability to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Office and strong mathematical skills
